let down

Emily contacted me after a job I posted. we agreed a price and hours.
unfortunately she didn't turn up and I was left explaining to my work why I wasn't there.
I tried calling and messaging as we can all be running late.
I had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. which is not easy.
very disappointed.
