I am a genuine and warm maternity nurse and child-care consultant with a nationally recognised qualification in postnatal maternity nurse care. I have a kind and gentle personality and consistently work to the highest of standards providing invaluable support for the families I have worked for.
Due to my training, I am highly knowledgeable in sleep training, colic and reflux and both breast and bottle feeding, I make sure each family is provided with the individual support they need based on their specific concerns and desired outcomes. I always try to be incredibly supportive, flexible and understanding and work with a high level of discretion that only comes with experience, I take enormous pride in supporting the recovery of mothers post-birth and ensuring wellbeing for the whole family.
I am also the founder of a company called Tots to Toddlers which provides support and help to growing families. We offer a range of services from maternity nurses to career coach, so please feel free to take a look
My Experience
I have worked with variety of families over the past 7 years. My aim is always to help empower them by providing evidence-based facts to help them navigate their way through the early stages of parenthood; giving them confidence in their own abilities.
I can help families by:
Offering guidance and support on general new-born care including; sleep arrangements, dressing, bathing, playtime, nappy changing, skin-care, reflux and colic.
Provide parents with information about birthing and bringing their babies home
Working alongside families and professionals to offer support and guidance on breastfeeding, bottling feeding and post-natal care for the mother
Developing individual plans to help families with siblings and those with complex family structures and needs
Creating tailored sleep solutions and routines based on family requirements, specific issues and concerns
Offering weaning and nutritional support for families
