My Experience
I have previously worked in a nursery for 8 years. I started as an apprentice to working myself up to room leader. During my time at the nursery I have grown more confident as a person and has an understanding of how children learn and play. I have worked with children from birth to preschool age. But worked mostly with 18 months to 2 year olds. I absolutely love working with children. Seeing them grow and develop and also having that special bond with them. Which I think it's absolutely essential.

BETEC Level 2 in Employment Responsibilities and Rights in Health, Social Care and Children and Young People's Setting
