About Me

I live with my husband and our two children, as a family we love the outdoors and exploring.
I’ve an extensive background in community care for 18 year olds - end of life. I am passionate about helping others.
I’ve always wanted to work with children and I feel now is my time. I love to see kids play and learn, I enjoy kids being kids and I encourage messy play!

I am a registered Childminder with Ofsted and I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage.
I have created a fun and engaging play room within our home which offers a variety of toys, games and arts & crafts which are age appropriate. There is access from the play room into the garden where I have also got a variety of outside toys. As well as exploring nature with local walks, park trips, farm visits and so much more.

I am able to provide meals which I vary from week to week or your child can bring their own.
As a family we try and eat homemade meals which I’ll be offering but now and then there’s nothing wrong with the odd freezer speciality (which my son loves!)

I am able to offer 2,3 and 4 year funding as well as Tax Free funding.
I also offer settling sessions.

Fantastic, reliable, caring - everything you want

Jade is a wonderful childminder. She is so organised and flexible, as well as being so good with our little boy. He has been with Jade from being 11 months old and has made great progress in the past year. He absolutely loves his time with Jade and her family and it's lovely to see the adventures he gets up to in the photos Jade sends us weekly. I would highly recommend Jade if you're looking for a relaxed, friendly, home-from-home setting for your little one.
