My Experience
I’ve been happily working as a full time nanny for 3 full years now, along with small childcare jobs on the side. I started out au-pairing, which I did for a year, and then moved on being a junior live-in nanny for 3 years. I’ve worked with children from ages starting at 8 months, all the way to 17 years old. Although I do have more experience with the ages 8 months to 4 years old. I’ve got a paediatric first aid (does need updating this year though) and a NCFE CACHE Level 3 award for childcare. I drive and have my own car too. I love to cook and prepare meals for children. Happy and willing to do laundry for the children and cleaning up after them. My past duties included, drop off and pick up from nursery/school, cooking and meal preparation, laundry, cleaning and organising, bath time, putting down for naps/bed time, planning day activities and after school activities, going to baby groups and play groups, libraries, soft play, parks and baby classes. Having lots of educational games and activities for home as well.
My Qualifications
