About Me

I am passionate about sustainability of mind, body, soul and planet. And it all begins with the early years!

At the heart of my approach, lives a deep appreciation and understanding for the value of safe, healthy and secure attachment.

As a qualified teacher, I facilitate young minds to find meaning and connection. Through careful observation and loving attention, I strive to nurture individual needs and support children in developing an understanding of themselves and their world.

Together, we will learn through play, exploration and discovery to create the foundations for a wide range of life skills. By modelling mindfulness habits and encouraging time spent in nature, I guide children to explore their innate curiosity and creativity.

My approach is gentle and patient, balanced with an enthusiastic and playful energy.
I understand that children require guidance to make sense of their developing emotional landscape, in order to learn self-regulation and become effective communicators - development of the whole child is the essence of my work.

I am highly skilled with infant care and offer a responsible, reliable and trustworthy presence in your home. I work to understand and honour family values and routines, intending to deliver a fun and loving co-parenting presence anchored in clear boundaries and consistency.

I am a nature and animal lover. If I'm not on my yoga mat, I'm out hiking or reading a book.
I love to cook wholesome and healthy meals.
Human connection and relationships are both fascinating and highly valuable to me - I am working towards becoming a therapist. I approach life with as much gratitude and curiosity as I can muster and feel called to be a part of positive change in the world.
