About Me
I am a qualified Primary school teacher with specialism in Early Years and an Ofsted registered childminder based in Cowley, Uxbridge. I am able to offer services in my setting as a Home Nursery for (6 months - 5 year olds) where children are encouraged and given the opportunity to learn through play. Activities are set up with the children’s interests in mind which allows them to be independent. Opportunities are also provided for children to challenge themselves and move on to their next steps of development.
I am hard working, enthusiastic and very passionate about working with children to support their learning and development, academically and socially. The aim is for children to be at the school readiness level once they leave at the age of 4.
I live in a terraced house with my husband and two daughters. The children have access to all of the downstairs area to play in as well as a secure garden with a slide and swing and a range of other outdoor activities.
Children will be taken (with permission) to the local library, as well as other amenities such as children’s centres, parks, farms, indoor play areas to further support their learning.
I provide a range of healthy meals including a home-cooked lunch to suit different dietary requirements.
I am passionate about eating the rainbow so I provide a selection of fruits and vegetables daily, as well as nutritious and delicious snacks. Alternatively, parents can provide their own food.
My Experience
Since completing my PGCE in 2015 and obtaining my QTS in 2016 I have taught in a primary school in East London. I have been a reception classroom teacher for the most part of my teaching career, but I have also taught nursery classes and in KS1 and KS2 classes.
I have been responsible for following the EYFS curriculum and using this to plan activities for the children in my class to engage them and support their learning. As the class teacher, I got to know each child well through playing with them, conversations and observations. I was then able to provide extra support with their learning when needed or giving them opportunities to challenge themselves.
This love for the Early Years is what has motivated me to start my own childcare business where I can give my time and skill to a smaller group of children to bring out the best in them.

I am available Monday to Friday, 48 weeks a year excluding bank holidays unless previously arranged. Prior notice to be given for any further holidays 4 weeks in advance

Seun is very welcoming and accommodating for both the parents and the children. My daughter is 2.5 years old and absolutely loves going to Seun's. It really is a home from home for the kids. We had a few initial hiccups (on my daughters side) but Seun was amazing with making me feel supported and supporting my daughter through her feelings/emotions. Cannot fault the care provided.
