About Me

Hello, my name is Eden, I am 25 years old and I have eight years of experience working with children. I am a kind and caring person who always goes the extra mile to help others. I had decided to finish my role as a Teachers assistant to offer my own babysitting services instead three years ago. I have been babysitting children of all ages from as young as three months old up to the age of 14 years old on weekdays and weekends.

I have a full clean driving license and have access to my own vehicle. For two years, I have taken a role to do the school run from 3:20pm-5:30pm. This could potentially be changing soon, so if you are in need of somebody for school pick-ups and therefore will need your children looking after until you are back home from work, please do get in touch.

I am currently also working for a family from 6am - 8am helping a child get ready for school. However, this is not every day it's three times a month. If you are also in need of some help in the mornings or need your children taken to school, do get in touch as I'd be happy to help.

I like to offer to visit before babysitting so that you can get to know me. I offer to visit your home for the hour where I can play games with your children so that it gives you and your little ones the chance to get to know me a little better and answer any questions that you may have before anything is set in stone.

I charge £12 an hour, and that will be included in our first visit if you require me to meet you and your family before taking part in any babysitting. This helps with the cost of petrol and the amount of time spent with your children etc. I am happy for any DBS cheeks to be completed at the clients own expense. I also do sleep ins. However, this will only take place in the comfort of your own home.

The weekends can get pretty busy at times as my existing clients like to book me in advance. I highly recommend that if you have any plans/arrangements and you would like for me to babysit, send me a message as soon as possible with dates and times, and I can schedule you into my diary.

A bit about me, and what I like to do outside of babysitting is being a creative person. I make wire wrap crystal jewellery such as rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and hair accessories for both children and adults. which I attend craft fairs all around South wales and Cornwall. I also work for the Council in Cowbridge doing the odd workshop here and there teaching people how to make their very own unique jewellery.

This has also come into play with babysitting, so if you have children that love to wear jewellery or enjoy making jewellery, I am more than happy to bring my tools and crystals along with me.
