I am a 44 year old mum of 3 boys (22-2years) and step mum to 2 daughters (16&14 years) Family is very important to me and i love spending time with them. I love to explore the local area and new places, my husband, youngest son and I love to go walking.
I am a fun, kind, creative person who enjoys reading in my spare time.
My Experience
I have been a mum for over 22 years and worked in a nursery for 4 years when my 2 eldest boys were growing up. Being a childminder is always something i wanted to do from a young age as i used to help my auntie out when she was a childminder. For the last 9 months, previous to becoming registered, i have been working as a childminding assistant whilst going through the registration process. I have all relevant qualifications to do this as well as paediatric first aid, DBS, food hygiene and safety and local safeguarding training
My Qualifications
Intoductory training course includes: Understanding and working with EYFS, Recording Children`s development, Safeguarding, Developing children's learning, leading and managing childminding setting, foundations for developing learning, common core training for the childcare register, Paediatric first aid, raising awareness in safeguarding and protecting children, food hygiene and safety
