We have two wonderful, smart, funny baby girls: 2.5 years and 6 months. Both parents are scientists and have jobs that allow us to work from home frequently, but need help looking after our daughters during work hours. We are an easygoing household, we love our daughters over everything and we take a patient, child-centric approach to childcare.
