About Me
My name is Emma and I live in the Walmley area with my husband and 3 children. Before I became a childminder I had always worked in schools with children with additional needs and have gained vast amounts of knowledge in supporting a range of disabilities to allow for an inclusive and accessible service.
I have a great understanding of The EYFS curriculum and aim to provide good quality childcare in a home from home setting. I offer meaningful and fun outings for children on a daily basis and we will travel in my 7 seater car in which I am fully insured.
Outings include forest schools, farms, playgroups, soft play, gymnastics , zoos , sea life centre.
I have a well equipped Play Room offering a range of both education and recreational toys. Children will follow themed activities on a weekly basis supporting your child individual needs and next steps.
I gained a BA honours from the University of Birmingham in Sport and Physical Education and have a passion for providing a healthy and active lifestyle for children of all ages. I have also completed Childcare qualifications, Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
£52 per day including Food and all outings
Term Time only 2 years and 3 year old funding available
After 6pm £10 per child

My son Charlie has been attending Little Green Daycare since October 2023 when he was just 4 months old. From the moment Charlie started I already felt at ease that he was in good hands. Emma made us feel really comfortable with regular updates about Charlie throughout the day.
Since then Charlie has built a really strong bond with Emma, at the handover each day he always has a beaming smile on his face. The only thing that you want when working full time is to feel confident that your child is happy and Charlie seems beyond happy.
Emma has got no issues accommodating any additional needs that Charlie has or any changes in our circumstances. We recently found that our Son has got a milk allergy and Emma has been great adapting to this change and keeping us updated on new foods in the market that he can try :D
I couldn’t recommend Emma enough and the care that she gives to children, it really feels like she cares deeply for Charlie and enjoys spending time with him as much as he likes spending time at Emma’s setting.
