About Me
Recently moved to Devon with my husband and three home educated children, girl (13y), boy (11y) and girl (8y). I have lots of experience working with children as a nanny, babysitter and also as a teacher. I'm trained as a Birth educator and doula a few years ago and since then my interest turned to babies and their mothers. I would be happy to help out new mums with babies in the crucial early month but also happy to care for older children.
My Experience
I started to work as a nanny during my teacher training years. I worked for a couple of families(children age 6month-6years) and than I taught in a Primary school for 2 years as an after school worker and singing teacher. Before I had my first child I looked after a 6 month old little boy. After that I used to work as a nanny with my older one, I looked after a girl age 1,5 years for nearly 2 years until I had my second baby. With my son I worked as an after school nanny for two older girls (age 6 and 7 years). Most recently I was a nanny for a 1,5 year old little girl.
My Qualifications
I'm a qualified Primary school teacher and singing teacher. I completed a nanny training course too. A few years ago I became a child birth educator and doula.
My Availability
I'm available for part time work mainly for evening babysitting but occasionally free during daytime
