I live in Taunton with my two rescue dogs Toby and Molly.
I have a passion for working with children and love animals.
I would describe myself as a fun, caring, engaging, enthusiastic and nurturing person.
I have NVQ Level's 2 and 3 in Children's Care Learning and Development and over 10 years experience looking after children from newborn to age 18 in a variety of settings.
I have my own car and am comfortable with pets.
I currently work as a Nanny part time during the week.
The days are variable but I know the dates several months in advance.
My Experience
I have experience working as a Nanny and in Nursery’s as a Nursery Nurse and Room Leader.
I have worked as a Children's Residential Support Worker in a Respite Home for Disabled Children and have experience with a variety of Special Needs, physical disabilities and mental health issues.
I have also worked with adults with learning difficulties and the elderly in Care homes and within their own homes.
My Qualifications
• Children's Care Learning and Development NVQ Level 2
• Children’s Care Learning and Development NVQ 3
• Enhanced DBS Check
• Paediatric First Aid Level 3
• Full UK Driving Licence
My Availability
I’m looking for occasional babysitting - perhaps the odd evening, weekend or daytime if I’m not working that day and potentially during school holidays.
