About Me
Hello parents/guardians, my name is Charla and I am a registered childminder with Tiney who are known and approved by Ofsted. I have been in childcare for 10 years + and I am very passionate about child development hence why I have studied Education Studies at university.
At Busy Beee's we are inspired by many different learning approches. Reggio Emilia, Montessori & Planning in the moment. These are all educational philosophies that views all children as capable, confident. By using these approaches in our setting, we build knowledge with the children and support them to become, inquisitive, curious and creative learners which also links to the Early Years Foundation Stage.
We aim for our children to be confident, independent and emtionally secure and by offering a stimulating child-centerd environment this will provoke children's curosity and exploration. Our weekly outings followed by our children's lead, interest and independent choice, this will enable them to invesigate and explore the world around them.
We cater a delicious and a nutrious healthy menu for our Busy Beee's and can alter our menu for allergens & dietry requirments of our children.
Here at Busy Beee's Tiney Home Nursery, all children will, Learn, Play and Flourish !
My Experience
I have worked in many different child care settings. My recent setting was in Pre-school & Nursery for 5 years. Working with different age ranges enabled me to have a great underderstanding and knowledge of child development and how to provide them a healthy, secure and stimulating environemnt for children to thrive and shine !
My Qualifications
My Qualifications include;
BA Hons in Education Studies
CACHE child care level 3
Health & Social care level 2
DBS Certificate
Pedeactric First Aid Certificate
Safeguarding & Child protection Training
I have also been on training on different areas of child development for my CPD;

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
Our Hourly rate is £8.00 hr
These include;
* Meals/ Snacks/Drinks provided
* 2 playroom with unlimted play oppurtunites
*A large enriched enabling garden space where children will awe and wander.
* Endless eyfs activities to support children's learning and development.

It was a real delight for me and my daughter to meet such a devoted and amazing person as Charla. My daughter absolutely loved her (at the point that I'm a bit jealous 😅) and they have had an amazing time together doing so many activities, but so many 😊!! Thank you for showing that charismatic, kind and pure heart personality towards my daughter, thank you!!!
