My Summary

My Experience

I come from a very large family with many cousins, most of which are younger than me. I have always loved helping out wherever I can and this helped develop my passion for working with children. In South Africa, I worked in various baby sitting positions for children ranging in ages from 2 years - 14 years. My responsibilities included helping with school work ( including children with learning difficulties ), making lunch/ dinner and feeding, bathing and changing, entertaining and child minding and bed time routines. I have also worked as a sports coach for children aged 6 years - 13 years. This position helped me develop patience, the ability to teach children in a variety of methods, depending on what works for each child and the ability to manage many children at once. I am a hard-working, capable and dedicated person and I believe that I could be of great help to you and your family, in any areas needed. As a sports coach and as a hockey captain at Fareham Hockey Club, I have continued to develop my experience in working with children since moving to the UK.

My Qualifications

I currently obtain a full and valid DBS certificate. I have a valid UK drivers license and my own reliable car. Although I don’t have any specific child care qualifications, I am open to completing any if necessary. I have extensive experience and I am more than willing to learn and further develop my skills on the job.

My Availability

My current work schedule isn’t a set schedule so it varies week to week. I am open and willing to consider any opportunities and make times and days work where possible.

• Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)
• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
