About Me
We are a busy family of 6, two boys (age 10 & 8) and two girls (age 6 and 2 1/2). We need help at home with our two girls. Our 6 year old girl has physical disabilities and hearing loss. She is non verbal but communicates her needs well with signs and gestures. She can crawl around the house and loves to play. She is very sociable and never wants to miss out on what her siblings are up too. We need help after school with keeping our girls entertained (to free me up to make dinner), mealtimes and bathing.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone to join our busy household and be happy to muck in and play with the girls inside/outside, or do some reading with the boys. Training will be given in how to support our daughter in feeding and drinking and in handling her. We require after school support at home 2 days a week (4 - 7:30) and potentially ad hoc hours over the weekend and during the school holidays. A car is essential as we live in West Stow village with very limited public transport.
