About Me
We are a family looking for a nanny who can become like another family member. We need someone with lots of energy who is experienced with pre-school aged children. We have two lovely children who we want to raise in a positive, happy and stimulating environment.
My Requirements
Start Date: ASAP, January 2025
Days/Hours: 2 days a week, 7/8am-5pm with flexibility to do longer hours if needed. Preferred days Thursday/Friday - these days can change when I return to work in May 2025
Location: Charlton SE7
Pay: £15-£18 an hour (depending on experience)
About the Role:
Position: Part-time position, initially starting as Mother's Help as I am on Maternity Leave currently, then moving to Nanny position when I return to work; hoping to return to work when she is 1 year old (May). The role starts with supporting me look after both my 6 month old and 2 year old; sometimes will involve few hours of sole charge of baby, sometimes few hours with toddler, or both for few hours (while I take a break!) or together with me, toddler and baby on outings to the park, museum, softplay etc. If you have flexibility to potentially do additional hours on some occasion on other days that would great!
Experience/Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience, with recognised childcare qualifications, First aid trained etc
Qualities: Experienced, caring, energetic, reliable, flexible, open to doing light housework and cooking
Commitment: We are looking to hire a nanny to be with our family for 4-5 years minimum until both children are in school.
