Little Notes - Where Imagination And Dreams Grow
About Me
Hey I'm Alexandra !
Here at Little Notes, my ethos is simple .....Music!
Music is a universal language, and at Little Notes Nursery the musical journey starts from day 1. It is my intent that I can make music an enjoyable learning experience, encouraging children to participate in a variety of musical experiences which I aim to build up confidence and expression along with knowledge and understanding of how music works.
Children will enjoy singing nursery rhymes and favourite songs and poetry. Much exploring takes place, finding out by having hands on experience with instruments, hearing a range of music, and a wide variety of songs and rhymes. Music is often linked with stories, art, and being able to express oneself through music and other means is a large part of my curriculum.
Coming from a musical background, (Royal Academy of Music degree trained) I aim to take my vast knowledge of music and use it foster creativity. With the addition of my love for art, there will be a huge focus on creative and sensory play.
Music is a personal expression that is unique to individuals. My children are inspired to continue their musical journey where they are proud to belong.
In addition to my musical focus I am also committed to investing in a sustainable future for your child. I aim to educate each child on how best to look after our planet; instilling eco-friendly behaviours from an early age whilst providing quality education and learning opportunities tailored to your child's individual needs. I aim to teach children to grow with the passion and knowledge required to protect their world as they move through life.
