My Summary

My Experience

I have worked as a nanny for three families. I have worked for my most recent family since the birth of their second child so have experience with young babies as well as looking after their five year old. In each of my previous two families I looked after two siblings under ten.
My roles have included doing the school run, helping with homework, preparing meals, playing with the children, and occasionally doing bed times.

I also have experience of working with older children. I have volunteered for several years as a leader on a summer camp for children aged 11-16. This role involves acting in lieu of the children's parents, running fun activities, and also providing more emotional support should they feel homesick.

I have been part of my church creche team looking after several babies under 1. In this role I was responsible for several babies alongside one other volunteer. I would spend Sunday mornings playing with, feeding, and changing them, putting them down for a nap and comforting them when needed.

I also have experience with children who have special needs. I have worked as a one-to-one for a young girl with cerebral palsy, taking her to brownies and helping her be involved in the activities and have a sense of independence.

I am currently a medical student and am trained in choking and paediatric life support.

My Qualifications

I have worked with children covering a range of ages.
I am currently a medical student and will graduate as a doctor in 2026.
I am currently completing a masters in Humanitarianism and Conflict Response.

My Availability

I am currently available for ad hoc nannying or babysitting requirements but not a regular position

• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
