Happy, active family of five looking for a part-time nanny to help midweek
My Requirements
We are looking for a warm, engaging and enthusiastic nanny to help take care of a 12 year old girl, a 10 year old boy and 7 year old girl in Richmond.
The nanny is required Tuesday and Wednesdays and then Thursday mornings. The hours can be full time, (7:30am to 6pm Tues/Weds, 7:30am to 10am Thurs) or we are happy to offer less hours if the applicant would prefer time off during the daytime. One night’s baby-sitting a week on one of these days would be advantageous but not strictly necessary.
The nanny will be responsible for a school run in both the mornings and afternoon where you will be required to drive one child to and from school.
Whilst the children are at school the nanny will oversee general child related duties and light house-keeping (we have a cleaner) including meal planning and preparation, children’s laundry, tidying and organising of children’s bedrooms and family areas and some ad hoc errands (e.g. post office)
After school responsibilities will include assisting with homework when required and engaging the children in activities from sport to arts and crafts.
We have a friendly cocker spaniel who the children love very much so the applicant must be comfortable with animals though pet care is not expected as part of the role.
Start: Immediate
Qualifications: Must be a qualified driver (own car ideally). DBS checked. First aid training desirable.
