About Me:
Hi, my name is Rachel. I am happily married with two children, one in Year 5 and one child who has just started grammar school. I am a very kind, gentle, organised and caring person. I am a good listener and I relate very well to children.
I am very hard working and have the skills, interest and passion needed, to provide support for your child with reading, writing, phonics, maths; in addition to other subjects. I always adapt my teaching materials to meet the specific needs of each individual. I strive hard to do my very best for every child and to plan according to their learning needs.
My Experience:
I am a very experienced primary school teacher with twenty years experience, teaching pupils aged 4-11 across the curriculum. I am passionate about education and helping every child to achieve their very best.
My Qualifications:
I have a degree in primary education with qualified teacher status.
I have a very recent DBS check and am on the DBS enhanced system.
I have just opened my tutoring business which I am very excited about and offer tuition tailored to your child's needs in their own homes or happy for pupils to come to me.

My Experience
I am a very experienced primary school teacher. I have twenty years working with different year groups in local Kent primary schools. I am experienced working with children aged between 4 and 11. I have done some private tutoring too at my home last year and currently helping to tutor my son for the 11plus.
My Qualifications
I studied at Christ Church University College in Canterbury and have a BA honours degree in primary education.
I attended a local grammar school and gained 10 GCSEs and 3 A Levels during my time here.
