My Requirements

Hello :)

We are looking for a nanny to join our family, starting mid-late January.

Our circumstances are a little unusual… My husband works overseas on rotation, typically 8 weeks on 8 weeks off - overall he is in the UK for 6 months a year, overseas the other 6 months. We have his annual schedule a year in advance. 

We understand we will probably need to employ someone for the whole 12 months but wonder if the role might suit someone who would like to have more time off (4-6 months a year)… Perhaps someone with family abroad/someone wanting a good work/life balance etc.? Alternatively, someone willing to work more hours when my husband is away and much less when he’s home?

Ideally we would be looking for someone 2/3 days a week (definitely Monday and Tuesday and can be flexible for the other day). We would like someone 1030 until 1930 on these days.

The candidate will need to have baby and toddler experience so to be able to juggle a baby (who was born in August) and a full-on nearly 3 year old, we would also like to see references.

We are based in Weybridge, Surrey. We would like a nanny who genuinely loves kids, can do crafts and other creative activities and nurture them as sadly my work means I don’t get to do as many fun activities and I would like!
