No longer a nanny now like a member of the family

Esme has been our daughters nanny for 9 months and has come into our home and made such a wonderful impact. Our daughter (now 17 months) absolutely adores Esme, and is always so excited when Esme arrives in the morning. Esme continuously looks for fun and creative activities for them to do together. We have seen our daughter progress physically and verbally with Esme suggesting playful ways to get her to hit her key developmental milestones. Nothing is ever too much for Esme, from taking her swimming, to making her food, doing her laundry, helping build a flatpack kids kitchen, helping with her 1st birthday party, the list is endless. Esme ensures the house remains clean and tidy and shows great flexibility to help whenever we need it. Esme is an absolute super star and feels just like a member of the family. We would love to have Esme with us full time, but have a place at a nursery for 3 days a week, so Esme is just with us on Mondays and Fridays.

Esme is an excellent nanny

An incredibly caring and kind nanny who has been with my little girl from newborn stage till now as she’s just turned a year. Very reliable and honest. A pleasure to have in our home, Esme treats our daughter like family and has never let us down. She is very mature and copes so well under all circumstances.
