First baby, for me and my husband. I now work as a team leader in care and he is a paramedic.
My Requirements
Due to shift working, we have a few hours overlay where we need childcare. The days are Tuesday and a Friday or Sat (depending on the shifts). It's a strange one as it wouldn't need to be everywhere, but we would know well in advance.
On average, we would need someone to come at around 5:30am (when my husband leaves for work) until I return home at 8am.
Our son wakes up between 6:30am and may even stay in bed until 8am.
It is quite strange as we are both in social care.
