Hello, I am a mother of two daughters under 4, I am a single mother wanting some support within routine, help with a monthly babysitter, someone who is willing to work with my household as we would only like one or two consistent people as change and trust are a very big thing, my ideal scenario for a childminder/babysitter would be to pay for a few sessions to get to know the girls and getting the girls comfortable around yourself and take it according to how the children and person providing their services get on for more permernant decisions.
