Hi there! Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Charlotte , I’m 21 years old, looking for occasional babysitting jobs.
Personality wise I would say I’m patient, calm, creative, friendly and believe I would be an ideal match for children that require a more gentle approach. I am a firm believer in Positive Behavioural Support, and prefer to respond to behavioural challenges with empathy and understanding first and foremost to teach children about boundaries whilst maintaining their sense of safety and security.
In my spare time I like to crochet, knit, sew (any type of crafts really!), paint, and go on nature walks.

My Experience
I am currently working 3 days a week at an outdoor learning based nursery with children aged 6 months to 4 years old, and have 10 months previous experience as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities.
