We are looking for someone special to welcome and add to our kids wonderful caretakers that help us keep everything going!
We have worked with professional nannies from this platform before. Some who we still work with when it fits and we also work with Claire at Call The Nanny - Right now, we are looking for someone that is local to us and is okay with working a few hours here and there to help support when one parent is traveling and/or our current part time nanny is unavailable.
I am looking for support specifically next week
Tuesday 26th 3:30-5:15pm
Thursday 28th 3:30-5pm
I may need this for the following week too depending on Dad's return.
It would be with one child - boy - 2 years - needs an animated, active caretaker who enjoys singing, music, animals and the great outdoors.
I would just need someone to play/walk/take care of with him whilst I am in gymnastics and private swimming with my daughter at Port Regis. I'm happy for the caregiver to meet us at Port Regis and hang out there or they can stay at the house.
We are based in Shaftesbury // Semley area of Dorset
Both us parents are British - We travel quite a bit as Dad was based in NZ before last year and I was based in California. My Grandmother lives in Blandford so Dorset has always been somewhat home to me. Both of us work but I am on extended maternity leave.
We live on a farm and also have a dog, so the caregiver must be okay with animals if they work at the house.

- Professionalism, enthusiastic and respectful attitude in the household and when working. Keeping the children's best interest always and maintaining a positive and productive attitude and energy when working.
- Lover of the great outdoors
- Experience with caring for multiple children at the same time.
- Confident with complete infant and toddler care
- Experience with maintaining routines for children and assisting implementing potty training, dummy transitioning etc...
- Able to stay ahead and active with a toddler -- being able to actively support and make sure there is more amount of time spent outdoors and physical free play than indoors.
- Enjoys cooking and preparing healthy, nutritious organic based breakfast, lunch and dinner children's meals
- Enjoys reading
- Enjoys music and dance
- Confident to drive and take care of children for a day out - to the zoo, farm park for example
- Proactive in keep on top of run of the household inclusive of clean dishes on dishwasher, laundry, general children's space and living area that they use is kept tidy.
- Comfortable to chat further about extra hours for date nights, possible longer shifts when one parent needs to travel and flexible with hours in case something comes up.
