About Me

Hi I’m Sharmi. We are a family of 4 - me, my husband Chris and our sons (3 and 8 months)We live in Fenham and are both working. We are looking for someone who can support us in the transition into starting school, starting childcare and my return to work this summer (role expected to start June/July 2025). An added bonus would be finding someone who is able to help out with some household tasks such as laundry and meal prep, on an ad hoc basis. An up to date DBS check, references and driving licence are required. Non smokers are preferred. Cameron is high energy, very friendly and loving; but also sensitive to change. Casper has not yet been in any other childcare setting than our home. We are a non-smoking, pet free and very friendly home ?

Someone with lots of patience and flexibility in their approach to a child is needed. I will be working night cover and long weekends so some ad hoc extra care may well be needed but overall we would be looking for 3 days per week. We have some events coming up that would serve well as ‘trial runs’ to see that everyone is happy. We would love to meet someone who shares our values in respectful and effective parenting.
