As I wrote a month back she was punctual and seems to be competent. But she disappointed me in terms of her professionalism, as she dint even give me 24 hours notice and chicken out. That was highly disappointing as I was in the middle of some serious business and can’t afford to lose the childcare without adequate notice period. But she found some alternative jobs and after making commitments with me just dropped me a message an evening before the next working day that’s she’s quitting.
To me it shows highly unprofessional attitude . And lack of her confidence and indecisive nature. I won’t recommend her anymore as professional commitment is the top notch priority in any job.

There were ongoing and very serious concerns from the part of the childcare provider that led to the final decision. We could not meet the needs of the family in their own home without full coverage CCTV, professional indemnity and public liability insurance. The business has apologized to the family for the short notice notification.
