Get to know Me!
Hello, I am Cindy Reynald and I come from a humble, rural, and diverse background where I am a former qualified IT Engineer with over 23 years’ experience.

My professional experience in this field will benefit you and your little ones where they will get a head start in their world of technology by learning various methods of ICT and Internet Safety which is absolutely important in today’s world of technology.

I have a caring and patient nature and I love working with children. I am a mother of two wonderful children aged 9 and 6. My personal experience as a mother has given me a wealth of knowledge and first-hand understanding of dealing with children, managing their behaviours, toilet training, sleeping, and eating related issues.

Your experience as a parent leaving your child with a childminder is a huge step and major decision where trust and attachment must be taken seriously. You will need your childminder to apply tender love, care, and attention to your little one. Having been in your shoes, as a mother myself, I understand this routine very well and I am determined to provide high quality childcare that you can trust.

My childminding services will be based in my home, where your children will have access to a living room, dining room, kitchen, playroom, quiet room for your budding readers and for your babies to have their nap times and a garden to explore the natural environment.
My aim is to provide an outstanding foundation to early education for your little one and to nurture and care for your child in a home like environment combining the Montessori Method of teaching with the EYFS foundation stage framework.

Your child will have the advantage of outstanding formative education as I will be focused on the prime areas of early learning and development namely, communication and language, physical development, personal, social emotional development as well as the specific areas of learning such as literacy, mathematics, understanding the world and expressive arts and design. In addition to this, your children will learn essential life skills that will be with them throughout their lifetime.

Your children will benefit from my careful planning of activities and resources. You can be assured of regular observations of your children while under my care where these observations will be utilized to provide feedback to you as well as assist me in planning the best possible learning opportunities based on their individual interests.

I am sure that you can appreciate my focus on encouraging diversity where different festivals such as Diwali, Eid-Ul-Fitr, Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year, St. Patrick’s Day, Pancake Day just to name a few, will be celebrated and observed. Your child will also benefit from knowledge base and historical events such as Great Fire of London, Titanic sinks, Landmarks in the UK, First man on the Moon and the world at large.

The utmost importance to any parent is safety. You can be undoubtedly assured that extensive risk assessment of my setting and every location that we visit will be thoroughly vetted in terms of safety and security for your child. You can be assured that my expertise and my knowledge and understanding of child protection and safety will be regularly updated through training and certification. I am at present certified in safeguarding. My business is also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
