My Summary
About Me
Passionate about working with infants and children with a primary employment background as a certified paediatric speech-language pathologist in America, and with several years of experience as a part time nanny. Known for being dependable, warm, and compassionate, with expertise in language and feeding development. Committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of your children.
My Experience
I received my Master of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Learning at Northwestern University in Chicago in 2019. I worked as a certified paediatric speech-language pathologist at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, the number one rehabilitation hospital in America, from June of 2019 until November of 2023, when my husband and I relocated to London with his company. With my background, I specialise in early childhood development. I have worked with infants, toddlers, and children with a variety of needs, whether related to a developmental diagnosis or an acquired brain injury. Prior to my work as a speech-language pathologist in Chicago, I was employed as a part time nanny for two families, each with three young children. Since moving to London, I have been employed by a lovely family with a toddler (18 months at initiation of position). This position will conclude in September of 2024 when they move outside of London, at which time I am hoping to establish a new part time childcare position. I am also currently available for adhoc babysitting needs. My current employer is happy to provide a reference as well. Please message me if you think I might be a nice fit for your family's needs!
My Qualifications
