I have over 20 years childcare experience, firstly as a registered childminder for 17 years then a TA at a SEN school for over 6 years now. I have obtained various skills within SEN including gastro feeds, manual handling (hoist) experience aswell as ASD and PMLD. I am a naturally caring person with a passion for working with children and young people, hence why I have stayed in the childcare profession for so long.
