My Requirements

We are looking to welcome a live out nanny to our family!

We are a fun family of 3, living in a 3 bed new build in North London, next to the tube station of Colindale (on Northern line).

The job starts in Feb ideally but we have some flexibility. 9-5 or 9-6 for 5 weekdays.

* The main task is to look after my 2 year daughter and help with her developmental activities. We are looking for a patient nanny who is a fan of cuddling, silly jokes, and preparing developmental games. Native or similar level English skills would help.

* When with the child, we would like our nanny to be fully present and interacting with her. We'd love to get our nanny to prep her nutritional meals too, time permitting.

* I work from home, and help with her care when needed, step in if/when she asks me to be more involved. Our nanny should be one who can collaborate with me closely through the day depending on my schedule.

* Our daughter is a very funny and sweet child without any hassles, mostly self-sufficient, who "reads" many books everyday, listens to audiobooks, listens to her favorite musics, who dances, paints, and just paces up an down the house. No tantrums so far.

* Her cognizant skills are top notch and understands every single word, but she is a bit behind in a few milestones like using utensils, so I'd love the help of a nanny who can gently guide her towards getting more confident in certain tasks.

* She is not special needs, but she is sensitive to certain sensory stimuli, like getting messy or getting her hair washed, so any related occupational therapy or similar SEN experience would be helpful.

* Ideally she goes out once a day at least for some walking around the park downstairs. She also goes to baby groups twice a week so a really good driving skills would be an excellent bonus. Any help with finding more baby groups, or getting play dates would also be appreciated.
