About Me
I am a fully qualified nanny with over 25yrs experience. Varying from new born - 16yrs. Twins experience also from 4 months old.
I have a great relationship with all the families I have worked for, past and present., very proud to say I've never left a family on bad terms... I'm extremely lucky!
I can provide excellent references, written and verbal from families.
I enjoy walks, painting, art. I'm a fairly active nanny and like to be out and about with the children experiencing new things, enjoy attending toddler/baby groups.
Happy to do nursery duties, washing, ironing, cooking, pets etc.
So, a bit about me.. Im mum to my son,
Teddy. He is 12yrs and is registered disabled, having an autoimmune disease, type 1 diabetes and GLA cell autoimmune deficiency. He's perfect in my eyes and im so proud of the boy hes becoming.... he is my greatest achievement, this means im
also fully trained in t1 diabetes and additional autoimmune illnesses. I believe that having him and becoming a mother myself has taught me how to become the best nanny I can possibly be, it's given me a sympathetic attitude and an understanding of how hard it is for parents to put their trust into someone they know very little about. I truly believe in treating others as I would wish to be treated.
Having respect for each other Is the best foundation for a happy home, happy children and working environment.
I have a fully clean DBS & driving licence. I am trained with special educational needs (senco). know some British sign laungage and paediatric first aid trained. I have 7GCSE's including maths and English, all my qualification documentation at hand to show.. I also have been approved as a foster carer for nexus fostering, doing the odd respite.
I Am looking for hours within school time mon-fri 9am-2.30pm ideally, but can be flexible for the right family.
