My Requirements
Finding it really difficult to find a childminder as my partner and I work shifts and have a lot of help from my parents. They work shifts as well and so occasionally there will be times when we’re all at work and would require a childminder. Understandably, a lot of childminders want regular/set days but it might be that we would only need Ethan to be with a childminder once or twice a month.
I live in Melton but work in Newark and my parents live in Newark as well so thought it made sense to look for a childminder in Newark as if I drop off for example parents can pick up.
If there are any childminders in the Newark area that offer flexibility please let me know.
Could it be the case that we put Ethan with someone for half a day every week so he is in the books so to speak but then some weeks we may need extra days?
