Hi I’m a single mum to little boy aged 2 & baby girl age 9months who has recently been diagnosed with a rare genetic condition who needs special care.
My Requirements
My son is 2 & a half & my daughter is 9months.
She suffers from a rare genetic condition called Angelman syndrome resulting in special needs requirements.
Looking for some extra help , some Sundays possibly for either 1 or both kids
