About Me

Hi, I am Bri and I am 22 years old. I am currently studying Psychology with counselling at the Open university, whilst working as a Childcare Practitioner through an agency. I have had the wonderful chance of being in a nursery setting and looking after babies, toddlers and preschoolers! I had a year of experience alone at Kindergarten Bellingham and it was one of the best experiences of my life! I got to see so many different personalities and discover new challenges in such a loving, warm and welcoming environment. I hope to continue my childcare experiences and move on to nannying full time.

Few things about me:
My interests consist of art, fashion, reading and film; I think it is important for a child to learn through creativity as it makes learning more enjoyable and fun. As a psychology student, I also care about mental health and the wellbeing of others around me in terms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc! And with that said, I am open to have any conversation about any worries you have concerning either yourself as a parent(s) or your child! I am not a professional (yet) but I hope you can confide in me with any of your troubles! :)
In the future I want to have my own practice one day and help children with any difficulties they have and provide a loving and nurturing environment for the children and the parents as a clinical psychologist.

I love working with children and getting to see their growth, development, creativity and insights on how they view the world; and to watch them learn new things everyday. I truly love what I do and (currently) every Monday I babysit a 5 year old boy who I used to see everyday working at a Kindergarten Bellingham. Seeing his growth has been so wonderful and with that, I have realised how much I love being a nanny and I want to have the chance to meet new families and have more one to one close net relationships with families who need my help. I look forward to meeting all of you and getting to know you :)
