About Me
I am providing childcare services during the week and also weekends (subject to availability)!
I currently Nanny for 2 families across the week! So my availability is quite specific but great for the morning school runs! Please do check my availability, I am available for overnights every day (I'm a big time night owl!)
I am a massive advocate for having children be with nature and the real world, I avoid all screens where possible (unless there's a learning opportunity). My favourite activities with the children include: Baking, making Playdough, walks into town for Babycchinos, going to the park and feeding the ducks! When the sun starts shining and it gets a little warmer, there will definitely be lots of picnics! I encourage all the little ones that i look after to start learning self-help and emphasise, for my toddlers, communication! I do use some basic Makaton for babies but I have completed a course so if you do baby sign or Makaton, I will also be able to keep that going!
There will be occasional gaps in my schedule where i have most of the week free due to holidays etc. so please do keep an eye out, I will post the dates on here so if they work for you, please do reach out!
My Experience
I have just left my previous job (at a bakery) to start Nannying full time due to the specific demand that I've had in the last few weeks (exciting!).
I look after a range of different ages but typically Newborn- 2/3! Currently look after as young as a month old.
I have experience with food preparation (Food safety and Hygiene course has been completed) as well as bottle feeding, bath times, putting the little ones to bed and the list goes on!
I am fully DBS Checked and Paediatric First-Aid Trained as well as fully insured
My Qualifications
Level 2 Health and Social Care.
Currently studying Early Childhood at university
