Me and My partner have 4 children. 3 girls 15,12,12 and my little boy who is 20 months old.

I am looking for someone friendly and patient who would look after my little boy like their own. None of my children have been with a childminder, so very worried. We are currently struggling for a Friday when me and my partner both work 8am-12pm.
