I'm a uni student who is looking for opportunities to gain experience in childcare, as I would like to become a Keystage 1 teacher.
My Experience
I do not have any professional experience, however I have previously volunteered in a children's youth centre. This included entertaining children ages 6 -11, providing first aid - however I am not professionally trained, cleaning services after the youth club closed and making sure that all children were looked after and enjoyed their time. I also spent School time in lockdown, during the COVID-19 pandemic, looking after my younger brother who has a number of disabilities including autism, ADHD, dyspraxia and several food/eating issues, so I am able to understand and communicate with children who may have any additional needs.

I do not have any legal qualifications but I am more than happy to further discuss anything, or any questions that people may have.
