About Me
I am considering weekday childcare options from December 2024/January 2025 for my son, Albert, when he turns one and I return to work.
Albert is very medically complex, with a rare epileptic and developmental disorder - meaning he has epileptic seizures (which we hope to reduce down as we work on medication but I cannot predict the nature of his epilepsy by the end of the year, but regardless will need someone competent to manage seizures if and when they arise), will have mobility issues and physical limitations, possibly require medication administration, and has global development delay. Our epilepsy nurses are also happy to provide training and support to anyone who may become involved with Albert and his care. They are very helpful and informative.
Due to his unique nature I am looking for someone who can dedicate the appropriate attention to Albert and his particular needs - but also work towards his own unique developmental goals and milestones and make it fun!
I am open to 1:1 care or group childcare settings, as long as Albert’s unique needs will be able to be catered for.
Thank you.
