Nvq level 2 In child care I am a room leader in a baby setting currently, I have done many courses during my 5 years at my setting including SEN first aid , safe guarding , prevent duty , I am also the health and safety inspector at work which means I over see all accidents and form I make sure other staff know the guidelines For fire drills and also make sure the nursery is maintained .
