About Me
An experienced teacher in Key Stage 1 & 2, I support children 1-2-1 or in small groups with Maths and/or Reading & Comprehension. I am passionate about education, history and politics and, most of all I enjoy working with children to bring out the best version of themselves.
My Experience
I have over 25 years of teaching experience, with 17 years in working with children with learning difficulties. When I graduated, I was a professor of physics for a few years in 1980's and then moved to the UK from Kosovo. I then completed my NVQ 3 qualification and worked in my daughters primary school as a teaching assistant. Since then, I have worked with many primary school children across an entire spectrum of abilities, helping them to improve and bring out the best in them. I specialise in Key Stage 1 & 2 education and I offer 1-2-1 or small group lessons in maths and reading & comprehension. DBS certificate available.
My Qualifications
I have completed the NVQ 3 and I have a BA Hons in Physics.
My Availability
I am happy to travel to you if within a 2 mile radius around the Orpington area and more than happy to host lessons in my home in Orpington too.
