My Requirements

I achieve immense satisfaction from working with children and being able to develop a childs intellectual, social and emotional wellbeing. I have undertaken and enjoyed several work placements within a childcare setting which have inevitably added my value and positively contributed to my profile and experience, hence my desire to become a Teaching Assistant. I can confidently, adapt and manage groups of 15-30 children. I have comprehensive knowledge of EYFS and SEND Frameworks and am able to successfully implement these frameworks into educational and play material for the children. Personal hygiene, social skills, ensuring the positive emotional wellbeing of children. I understand the national curriculum for safeguarding in primary schools, safeguarding principles and the importance of the welfare of the pupils. I take pride in encouraging children to achieve their full potential by supporting their enthusiasm for learning and continually assessing their growth in all learning experiences.
