My Requirements

Location: Battersea power station
Rate of pay: 25£gross p/h DOE
Hours: 3 hours per day changing to 6 hours per day from February 2025.
Start: end of September/start of October

Seeking a fun and flexible part time nanny to look after one newborn girl starting from end of September/ early October.

Mother will be returning to work around February 2025, before then the role will still be sole charge as she will be out most of the time and father works from home. The family are planning a trip to New Zealand for 3 weeks in December they will not require the nanny to go with them but the nanny will be paid during this period as normal.

Duties include:

Ensuring child is meeting developmental milestones

Seeking clubs/classes/activities to attend based on child’s age/development needs, going on play dates with other children/nannies

Swimming - there is access to a spa in the development (not essential)

Weaning and making/cooking healthy meals or bottle feeding

Occasionally booking or going to appointments I.e doctors, shoe fitting etc..

Usual nanny duties ie: putting clothes away, changing diapers, scheduling naps, dressing, feeding or preparing meals, playing games, ensuring safety, reading books, ordering or noting down supplies needed etc..

Occasionally helping family with any small errands ie: getting a package from concierge, going to the post shop and returning an order, a small food shop etc..

Ideally we would love someone to be able to babysit a night or two a week (planned in advance) also not essential

This role does not require travel at this time but possible to change

A nanny card or kitty will be provided incase anything for the child needs to be purchased, booking classes, travel around London, grabbing snacks or simply if the nanny would like a coffee out and about.

The family have a small dog so the candidate must be a dog lover. Overall we are looking for someone fun and fit with a can do attitude as we want our child to be consistently giggling and surrounded by happiness. Ideally we would love someone with newborn experience and someone long term. Must have up to date first aid certificate or willing to get one.
