About Me
2 working parents. Two boys (one 5y old, one 8 months old). My older one is a very kind child. We have lived in different parts of the world and have had experience with both live-in and live-out nannies and long-term and short term babysitter. We have always maintained good relationships and given how important these persons have been in our life by looking after our child have treated / seen them as part of the family.
My Requirements
Our nanny is leaving London due to family reasons. We are looking for a part-time but long-term nanny / babysitter to support with pick-up from school (older child, finishes 3:15pm) and nursery (for the little one, nursery finishes at 6pm), meal preparation, sending the older boy to activities (only 2-days during the week), helping with play-time, eating and bed-time. We are looking for around 5-6hours per day maximum starting at 2pm or 3pm (so ideally we want someone flexible if need to stay until 8pm). At least 4 days out of 5 working days. We might need babysitting during the weekend but that will be just one-off if the person is available and we would ask well in advance. We are looking for someone with experience taking care of two children contemporarily even if only for few hours a day both children will require attention given the little one will go to nursery. It is very important the person has common sense, practicality in handling situations, is responsible, caring, energetic and empathetic. Ideally open to start in mid-March / beginning of April latest.
