About Me
For the past year, I’ve been on a journey of slowing down after leading a busy lifestyle in London. This transition has allowed me to reconnect with the little things that bring me happiness—like, spending time outdoors, cooking and eating well, good conversations and quality time with close friends.
I practice yoga and meditation, which ground me and inspire my approach to life. My regular practice keeps me balanced, centred, and open to life’s flow.
Creativity is a big part of my life. I find joy in painting, drawing, photography, poetry and songwriting.
My Experience
I have 9 months of experience working in a wraparound childcare setting, caring for children aged 4 to 11, as well as being a trusted babysitter for my friends’ children, aged 4 and 6, and running workshops for children at festivals. My approach to childcare is providing a fun and nurturing environment where children feel inspired and safe to express themselves, and supported in their emotional, behavioural and social needs. I have organised and delivered a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, nature exploration, drama games, yoga and sports, and also really enjoy letting the child lead with their imagination and curiosity.
My life coaching training has equipped me with the skills to build strong, trusting relationships, allowing me to support children wholeheartedly in their development. I also spent 6 months working on a retreat, where play and creativity were central to the adult experiences we crafted, inspiring guests to look inwards and express themselves freely. There, I facilitated nature-crafting activities and supported group offerings such as journalling, campfires, silent discos and ceremonies linked to the Celtic wheel.
My Qualifications
I am fully trained in paediatric first aid, safeguarding, and hold a Level 2 Food & Hygiene certification. I’m also certified Life Coach.
