I’m expecting my first baby in July. I’m a midwife my husband is a train driver.
My Requirements
We are looking at needing childminder or nursery that is ideally flexible for September 2025 for when I return to work, while I can try and get flexible working and try and get set shifts my husbands job is less flexible so fixed days week on week is not always suitable, we are lucky enough to have rotas in advance so would have a few months planned dates at a time. Is it even possible to get flexible childcare. This is our first baby so it’s a bit of a minefield
