About Me
I am originally from Brazil. I am part of a large family and loved to spend school
holidays at with my family helping out with my many younger cousins.
My initial foray into nannying started when I babysat for one of my beautician clients.
I was offered my first nanny position ten years ago and being a nanny became part
of who I am. I am fascinated by how children develop so watching them grow and
master new skills and their increasing self-confidence is very rewarding for me. I believe in safety first, but that learning
occurs while having fun. I have been described as loyal, hard working and caring,
which I think are excellent traits for a nanny to possess. My previous role working for
a busy family has given me a wealth of experience as a sole charge nanny in
planning and implementing a schedule that encourages and supports a child in
hitting each of their developmental milestones.
My Experience
Full Time Live Out Role - London/UK Sept 2019 to Sept 2024
This wana full time,live out, sole charge position for a family with 3 children, boy 9yo,
girl 6yo, boy 4yo. My duties included looking after the kids and their routine, such as
preparing healthy meals and feeding , bath time, school and after school clubs drop
offs and pickups. Also planning play dates, days out, activities etc. This position
started during the pregnancy of the youngest one, so my responsibilities and duties
again change with time, from weaning, toilet training, naps, to pre school homework
as, activities with learning materials for tracing, pen grasping, letters, numbers,
shapes etc, being part and help with their milestones and development, which is very
rewarding.
Full time Live in/out Role - UK/Europe May 2019 to Aug 2019
This was a summer job position, working for a family that was based in Israel and
also residences in the UK and Europe. It was a team of 8 Nannie’s working 24/7 and
rotating among the 5 kids , age between 6 months old and 6yo . The position was
mainly organising their daily routine, which included entertaining with age
appropriate activities, water sports , outdoor trips, meals, bath and bedtime.
Full Time Live Out Role - London/UK Jan 2014 to Jan2019
This position was a full time sole charge role, for one new born baby girl. Duties
included all day to day care of the baby. I was responsible for her routine, planning
and cooking healthy meals and snacks, planning stimulating activities, outings and
playdates, age appropriate play and taking the baby to Doctor as needed. This role
spanned five years so as the baby grew my responsibilities grew to include weaning,
toilet training, sleep routine, settling into nursery school and helping with homework.
Light household tasks including grocery shopping and running errands Frequent
overseas travel with the family on vacation Moved with the family to America for 6
months to help the family with transitioning their lives back to America.
