My Requirements
I have two sons who are 6 and 3 years old. My eldest is autistic with absence seizures and the youngest is also autistic. Due to limited family options of having evening and overnight care for my boys it’s difficult to work around this. It wouldn’t be every weekend but mainly on a requirement basis around shifts and other family availability.
